I receive an error when I try to access my NY times subscription. What do I do?
Answer
- If you already had access to Bard's NYTimes subscription, you may be receiving an error because you need to renew.
- Try renewing using BARD'S GROUP PASS
- If you are moving your personal subscription to Bard's subscription;
- You will need to contact NYT Customer Care BEFORE trying to sign up for the complimentary Bard subscription. customercare@nytimes.com / 800-591-9233 / Chat
Please note that the Stevenson Library does not have access to your NYT account.
If you experience technical difficulties, you will need to contact customercare@nytimes.com or edu@nytimes.com
