How long does an Interlibrary loan request take?

Answer

Articles and book chapter requests are usually filled within 1-2 business days and will be provided as a PDF in your ILLiad account.

Physical materials can take 5-12 business days to arrive. You will receive an email notification when your items are ready to be picked up at the Lower Level service desk. Due dates are set by the mending library and can vary.
